Friday
- Meet and Greet at the hotel.
Saturday
- Elections of 3 Executive Officers in the morning after breakfast at the hotel.
- Bus Tour on a Party Bus in the afternoon through the City of Atlanta; sightseeing, etc.
- Gala night in evening.
Sunday
- Barbeque or Cookout at a park for members and families and friends.
